About Dr. Sandeep Patil

He is a TEDx and JOSHTALKS speaker, a YouTuber. He works as a Communication and Confidence Coach. This is an area where an individual’s personality is changed inside-out. He helps individuals to develop skills which are very significant in professional and personal life but are not taught in any schools and colleges.

He is a Ph.D in Mechanical Engineering. His technical research work was in the field of Cryogenics Engineering-Space science. He completed his research work from Walchand College of Engineering, Sangli (a very prestigious institute in India). He also got an opportunity to perform his research work at IIT, Powai, Mumbai.

Having said this, he is a living example of Farhan Qureshi, from 3 Idiots.

He was working as a Mechanical Engineering teacher. During teaching he found that many students were mentally weak, lacked in confidence, soft-skills and English communication. Some had good academics but did not possess a strong and balanced emotional personality. This became a big hurdle in their professional and personal growth..

He also found that many students are engulfed by fear, lack of self-esteem, worry and low self-control. They are distracted from their goals and are addicted to social media, virtual games, binge entertainment and hedonism.

As a result he resigned as a Mechanical Engineering professor and took a courageous decision to follow his passion. Hence, he became a Communication and confidence coach.

After reading hundreds of books on Psychology, self-improvement and his own practical experience he founded THE DNA-Confidence in the year 2002—a institute specialized in English communication, public speaking and emotional Personality Development.

As a International communication Skills and Confidence coach, he has addressed more than 50,000 students, teachers and corporate employees. He has students from many countries all around the world.
